Case Perrotta lies in Eastern Sicily, half way from Taormina and Catania, at the borders of Mount Etna Park. The buildings date back to 1400 and 1800, when the farmhouse was a convent first and then a wine farm, with its own millstone.
We offer accommodation in ten large en-suite rooms with Etna or sea view, all of them furnished in Sicilian style. Each room has a kettle with tea, chocolate and coffee, satellite TV, free WIFI connection, minibar. All our guests receive a basket of fresh or dried seasonal fruits as a welcome gift. A tasty and abundant breakfast, is always included.
Our farmhouse is proud of its tasty Sicilian Cuisine. We use ingredients coming mainly from Sicily and from our own Organic Farm, such as our Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Certified gluten free and vegetarian menus are also available.
The Case Perrotta farm consists of 13 hectares where olives, cherries and other fruits are grown using organic farming methods. We produce a valuable, organic, extra-virgin olive oil. Jams, honey and other products of our land are available in the retail shop of Case Perrotta or on our e-shop.
Case Perrotta organizes cooking classes and Extra Virgin Olive oil tasting to learn traditional Sicilian cooking. If you look for a full Sicilian experience, you can participate in olives’ and fruits’ harvests.
Hiking and trekking on Mount Etna or canyoning and sightseeing are also available.
